ERC Questionnaire

The purpose of this form is to document a full or partial suspension of operations as a result of governmental order restricting commerce, travel or group meetings. Although we are asking some revenue questions, a revenue reduction is not required. The goal is to accurately capture manners in which governmental orders impacted and restricted your business operations. For example, a real estate management group may have had to suspend evictions as a result of COVID-related orders or may have shown properties virtually instead of online. Another example is law firms may have had depositions moved from in-person to virtual and delay in court cases as a result of court closures and travel restrictions. There are many ways that business have been impacted and it is important to reflect fully on ways your business had operational impacts.
